Annual Condo/COOP Corporate Membership Form

In order to join the Kew Gardens Civic Association (KGCA), as a Condo/COOP corp, please complete this form (to the right), click send at the bottom of the page, and send payment for dues using either Option #1 or #2 (see below).

(Note: homeowners should complete the homeowner form on the dedicated page.)

Communications: The corporation agrees to distribute KGCA email communications to owners via email or by visible posting on message boards and communal spaces.

Voting Rights: For each co-operative or condominium buildings with 1-149 residential units shall have one vote. Co-op and condo buildings with 150 or more residential units shall have two votes.

Annual dues: Are payable May 1st. The Membership Term runs from May 1st of the current year, through April 30th of the following year. 

Dues amounts for Coop/Condos are as follows -

  • 1-74 residential units - $600

  • 75-149 residential units - $750

  • 150 or more residential units - $1,500

Option #1: Mail Check

Send a check for your annual membership dues to the Kew Gardens Civic Association, Inc. (KGCA) PO Box 150062, Kew Gardens, NY 11415 (please include all of the requested details, the names and addresses of the members on the check.)

Option #2: PayPal Payment

We also accept membership dues payments via PayPal. Please add +$25 to your amount payable for PayPal processing fees. The payment can be sent to us directly at our PayPal account at kgca.ny@gmail.com
